How nice is it to see the sunshine and little green shoots peeking through the earth. Spring is on its way, and with that the Choristers have revealed the date of the Spring show. Mark your calendars for June 21, 2019 and we promise an entertaining evening.

We are pleased to let you know that Patrick Manahan will be our guest in this year’s performance. He is an accomplished saxophone player and we are delighted that he is returning after being our guest in 2017.

With Vivian, our accompanist, now recovered from cataract surgery she will be back at the piano for practices. However, we have had some excellent sectional practices and when we finally all get together hopefully we will hear some improvement. Again, we would like to thank Ruth Eberts for filling in for our sectional practices and wish her a speedy recovery from her injured leg requiring surgery.

We don’t mention this often enough but we are very thankful to the Retirement Suites for the use of the facility and Grand piano. Thanks also go to the kitchen staff who provide cookies or muffins for our practice break. They make for a good social time!

Until next time enjoy the sunshine and showers to make the garden grow and sing along with the birds!
