Members of carving clubs from all across Ontario will gather on Saturday, September 14 at the Bobcaygeon Curling Club for the annual Kawartha Carving Competition.
The event is truly community-based, made possible by the support from more than 60 individuals and businesses, many of whom are local.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, get up close to the creations, watch carving demonstrations or purchase a wood sculpture to take home.
Admission is $3 and there will be some cool door prizes.
